DIET (Dry Ice Expanded Tobacco) is an innovative technology that physically expands tobacco through a four-stage process: tobacco preparation, infiltration of pressurized liquid CO2 into tobacco cell structures, rapid pressure release causing CO2 to gasify and expand the tobacco outward, and finally a stabilization phase where expanded tobacco is conditioned for structural stability.

Do you have special solutions for different tobacco types?

Yes. We offer customizable machine settings with special recipe formulation and process parameters suitable for the expansion characteristics of different tobacco types such as Burley, Virginia, Oriental, and Dark Air-Cured.

How does the installation process work?

Installation time averages 7-10 days. Requirements include industrial electrical infrastructure, CO2 gas supply line, ventilation and humidity control system, and workspace for operator training.

What are your warranty and maintenance services?

All our machines are under 2-year manufacturer warranty. We have user-friendly maintenance manuals and digital maintenance tracking systems. Remote connection fault detection and guidance services are also provided. Critical parts are continuously kept in stock and ready for shipment within 48 hours.

How is customer training provided?

After each installation, operators receive on-site or center-based training, ensuring preparedness for all scenarios that may be encountered during operation. Additionally, we provide 24/7 support to our customers through remote access, live support, and field technical service.

How long does delivery take after placing an order?

Production time after order confirmation varies between 6-12 weeks depending on model and capacity. After supply chain, quality control, and testing processes, shipment and on-site installation are performed. Operator training is included with every delivery.
